Property Inspection Trips
If you have a holiday to Turkey planned and would like to arrange some property viewings while you are here, please get in touch beforehand so we can get to know a bit more about you and your requirements and put together a schedule of viewings showing you the most suitable properties on the market.
For a customised property inspection trip, we recommend a minimum of 4 days. We can assist if you need help with travel, accommodation etc and we will provide a meet and greet transfer service from Dalaman Airport. We will then show you the best properties available within your budget. If you are unfamiliar with Dalyan, we can also arrange some great days out and excursions to show you the best that this area has to offer.

After Sales Service
The purchase of your dream home has been completed, the TAPU is in your name, you have the keys to your home….our service does not end there.
We will be on hand to assist with name changes on utilities, insurance, repairs and renovations, building projects, buying furniture, pool and garden work including landscaping and so much more. We will make it all as seamless and stressfree as possible for you.

In-resort Guest Services
If you own a rental property in Dalyan and are looking for a local English speaking contact to look after your Guests while they are on holiday, then we can help.
Did you know, we can provide a meet and greet service either at the airport or on arrival at the accommodation, a personalised welcome meeting, a professional looking information folder to leave in the property, a welcome pack of food and cleaning essentials before arrival, pre-arrival and post-departure checks, we can even arrange decoration for a special occasion (banners, balloons, cake etc). 24-Hour Assistance and Out of Hours Contact
None of us like to think about it but unfortunately accidents and emergencies can and do happen, even on holiday, and it can be incredibly difficult if you, the property owner, is in a different country. Dalyan Select can provide a 24-hour contact service (English and Turkish speaking) for your Guests peace of mind in case the worst should happen. We can also be the local contact for simple queries and small issues.
Our office is centrally located on Ataturk Bulvari and is open 6 days a week during the summer season. The feedback we receive from Guests is that they feel much more comfortable when there is an actual office and someone they can pop in and talk to face to face…whether that’s to ask for local recommendations, order more water, find out the daily exchange rate, report minor maintenance issues…..or anything in between.

Keyholding and Property Checks
With the implementation of new rules around renting out property in Turkey, you may have decided not to rent commercially this year which means longer periods where your home is sitting empty.
As well as a keyholding service, we can also carry out periodic checks of your property on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis both internally and externally providing extra peace of mind for you when you are not here.

Property Cleaning
Our experienced and friendly cleaning team have very high standards in relation to the cleanliness and finish of each property.
We can help with one off cleans such as open up and close up cleans at the beginning and end of the season as well as a more regular cleaning service throughout the year.
If cleaning is between rental guests, we also include a damage and breakages check before arrival and after departure.
