Dalyan Select Property Services is an independent, family run business based in the very heart of Dalyan, specialising in the sale of property and land in and around the beautiful town of Dalyan in South West Turkiye.
We are a fully licensed Real Estate Agency which originally opened its doors in 2007. The owners – husband and wife team, Mesut and Selina Tekin – live in Dalyan with their daughter, Alara, and dog, Eddie.
Mesut is a familiar face to most around Dalyan having lived here for all of his adult life. He originally worked in the Travel and Tourism Industry before switching to the Property Sector several years ago and gaining his Real Estate Qualifications. Selina is a former Police Officer from the North East of England who first visited Turkiye as a Holiday Rep over 20 years ago. Fortunate to travel to many beautiful places around Turkiye (and indeed the world), it was Dalyan that stole her heart and she has been a property owner here since 2008.
Since taking over the reins, we have embraced the opportunity to revolutionize and modernize Dalyan Select while still maintaining our core values of honesty, integrity and professionalism. It is these values which have helped us become one of the leading Real Estate Agencies in Dalyan and the first port of call for so many when it comes to buying and selling property here.
