Rental Description

Hidden off the beaten track, nestled away at the foot of the Karadag Mountain sits this beautiful, private hideaway. This single storey villa is perfect for those looking to truly escape and get away from it all with peaceful surroundings and breathtaking mountain views yet is only half an hour from Dalaman Airport and 1.5km from Dalyan town centre.

The owners really have thought of everything when carefully designing this lovely retreat set in it’s own 3324m2  garden with colourful mature plants and trees plus 80m2 private swimming pool. The villa has been built using traditional materials creating a spacious and welcoming home from home with open plan kitchen, dining and living area plus four generous sized bedrooms (3 double, one twin) each with own luxury en suite.

Outside, there are plenty of sunny and shaded areas to enjoy the views, you will never want to leave! If and when you do find a way to force yourself to leave this peaceful haven, you are just a short taxi/car ride or 10 minute bike ride away from Dalyan.

Dalyan is located in an environmentally protected area of south–west Turkey. The town is one of the few surviving places of paradise, an area of natural beauty and historical interest. Dalyan appeals to a range of visitors with it’s unique setting and great choice of laid back bars, cafes and restaurants. Unlike some of it’s better known neighbouring resorts though, Dalyan is still largely undeveloped and has a significant number of natural and historical attractions on the doorstep, as well as classic Turkish friendliness and hospitality. Due to the fact that nearby Iztuzu beach is one of the world’s few remaining breeding grounds for Loggerhead (Caretta Caretta) turtles, an effort has been made to conserve the area’s astounding natural beauty. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Turkey and has won awards for it’s outstanding beauty. It is easily reachable from Dalyan by boat or local bus. The town itself is set on the winding Dalyan River that flows between the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Koycegiz, and on the other side of the river are the ruins of the ancient city of Caunos, dating back to the 3rd century, and the 2300 year old Lycian rock tombs carved into the rock face looking down over Dalyan. Nearby thermal springs at Sultaniye, and the Dalyan mud baths are also not to be missed and make for an experience out of the ordinary. The surrounding wetlands are a haven for a variety of wildlife and birds, and the town is offset by a backdrop of pine-covered mountains and lush fields, making Dalyan a perfect destination for nature-lovers.
